My obsession with feet

A few weeks ago, I decided to organize my photographs. While categorizing and sorting them, I noticed a pattern: I take pictures of hands and feet (mostly feet) and have been doing it for a long time. I have pictures of my feet all over the place, and over stretches of time. Yes, I just noticed it.

This got me questioning why I subconsciously have been taking these pictures all this time. The only thing I can think of is that in my mind, your feet signify where you are. As the photographer of wherever I am, it's my way of showing that I'm there.

But all of my photos aren't just my hands and feet. No, I have hands and feet of all ages. I thought it was sort of neat, and so I am going to share the digital ones here.

I hope you find my foot fetish interesting. :)

Yours truly,
DP

Note: I apologize that these are so out of order.

And there it is! Years of feet photography. I have a stack forming of hard copies that I also have. Though it may seem silly, I feel like each picture tells its own story in such a simple, minimal way. When put together, it shows little tidbits of my life... where I've been, who I've been with, etc.
I'm sure that a year from now, I will have a series of new feet pictures.

PS: I cannot explain to you how excited I am for everything to bloom!! The highlight of my photography will be in its prime SOON!!!!!! YES!
